Most items in stock will ship within one to three business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email, but will vary depending on item availability and/or production time, if applicable. You will be notified if we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered along with the estimated shipping date. Your jewelry will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in Gunes Deniz boxes and a signature will be required at the door.

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase from gunesdeniz.co, we would like to offer you an exchange or a full refund. Please return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Please include your order number with your return.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on made to measure, engraved pieces and all International (other than Turkey) orders. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewelry, please contact customer service via info@gunesdeniz.co
